TWITTER VS KOO

Twitter is a widely used social media platform for sharing opinions, views, concerns.Twitter is a foreign based application, most of our data is stored to these foreign companies which they use against us. So it's a matter concern to stop sharing our personal information and details, keeping in mind Indian government organised  atamnirbhar Bharat innovative challenge in 2020 to promote Indian applications and softwares.And it is pleased to tell you that Koo- India's own microblogging site won the atamnirbhar challenge. 
Koo is an Indian microblogging site and this indigenous app develop as an alternate of Twitter. Koo won the Indian government atamnirbhar app innovation challenge in August 2020.Whereas Twitter is a American based microblogging app in which users post their views and opinions known as “tweet”.Similarities
🔹Available for Android and iPhone users. 
🔹Allow users to post video and pictures. 
🔹Texting is restricted to a limit. 
🔹Hashtag trading section for latest news info around the world. 
🔹Users can also  send direct messages to each other. 
Dissimilarities
🔹For Twitter its 280 and for KOO its 400 words restriction 
🔹Koo is having more word limit because it took more word to write in local Language. 
🔹In koo, one can write its own indigenous language whereas Twitter use global language which use all around the world. 
🔹Easy account set up in Koo while it take some time in Twitter. 
🔹 Do not require password it can be login through OTP but Twitter requires password to login the account. 
Challenges ahead 
First and one of the most challenging part of this application is to seek users. Everyone knows Twitter is a world wide used site for Microblogging. So it's a challenge to attract the users from where they are already settled.
